The ride height angle, right the first time.

A dedicated measuring instrument for Mercedes level calibration. Hold it under the arm, read the angle, type it into your diagnostic tool. No app, no subscription.

The problem

One wrong angle and the car leaves crooked

After a strut, level sensor or valve block repair, the car must be calibrated, and the scanner asks for an angle at each corner.

The shortcuts

  • 01
Phone apps. A phone's tilt sensor is a low-cost part made for turning the screen, not for precision measuring. On a round arm the phone rocks too, so no two readings agree.
  • 02
Copied values. Guessing the angles, or taking them from another car, ignores this car's own parts and wear.
  • 03
Bubble levels and tape measures. Too rough for a value the car needs to a fraction of a degree.
  • 04
Hidden twist. Hold an ordinary level a little twisted on the shaft and it reads wrong, without telling you.

What a wrong calibration can cause

  • !
A car that sits crooked or too high or low, side to side or front to rear.
  • !
Wheel alignment out of spec, because camber and toe change with ride height. Uneven tyre wear follows.
  • !
Safety risks. Less stable braking and cornering, headlights aimed too high or too low, and driver-assistance sensors that expect the correct ride height.
  • !
Poorer ride and handling, with less suspension travel at one corner.
  • !
Comebacks. The customer returns and you do the job again for free.
How it works

Three steps, four corners

  1. Tool position screen: point this edge at the wheel
    STEP 1

    Hold it under the arm

The 4-point base sits steady on round arms and half shafts, base up, with the screen facing down toward you.

  2. Guided measuring screen, step 1 of 4, front left
    STEP 2

    Follow the corners

Guided mode takes you through front left, front right, rear left and rear right. The TO WHEEL arrow keeps the tool facing the same way, and it tells you when the reading is stable.

  3. Summary screen with all four corner angles
    STEP 3

    Type in the numbers

The summary shows all four values with clear plus and minus signs. Enter them in whatever diagnostic tool you use.

Twist correction

Hold it twisted. The angle stays true.

On a round shaft the tool rarely sits perfectly upright. With a simple level, any twist on the shaft changes the reading. ASAT pro measures both axes at once and calculates the true angle along the arm, however it's turned.

  • No need to balance the tool level on a round arm
  • The same number every time, from any hold
  • Less time under the car, fewer re-measures
SHAFT, END VIEW TWIST ANGLE ALONG THE ARM: STILL TRUE

Questions

Which cars does it work on?

Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-Maybach with AIRMATIC, ABC, MAGIC BODY CONTROL or E-ACTIVE BODY CONTROL where the calibration asks for an angle: S-Class (W220, W221, W222, W223, incl. Maybach), S-Class Coupé and Cabriolet (C217, A217), CL (C215, C216), E-Class (W211, S211, W212, S212, W213, S213 All-Terrain, W214), E-Class Coupé and Cabriolet (C238, A238), CLS (C219, C218, X218 Shooting Brake, C257), C-Class (W205, W206), GL / GLS (X164, X166, X167, incl. Does it work with my scanner?

Yes. ASAT pro is a standalone instrument: you read the number and type it into any diagnostic tool.

Is it calibrated? Does it come with a certificate?

Yes. We calibrate and check every unit ourselves on our reference equipment before it ships. Each tool comes with its own calibration certificate in the box.

How do I keep it accurate?

Do a free field zero any time, in your own workshop, in about a minute. You place the tool on a flat, stable surface such as thick glass, take a reading, turn it around and take a second one. The tool works out its zero by itself. A yearly calibration is not required.

Do you offer a calibration service?

Yes, as an optional paid service. Send the tool back to us yearly, after a hard drop, or whenever you need a fresh certificate, for example for a quality audit. We recalibrate it on the same equipment we use in production and return it with a new calibration certificate. Contact us to arrange it.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide from Israel. Prices are in US dollars. Buyers in Israel see the full price including 18% VAT before they pay. Outside Israel, any import tax or duty is paid by the buyer.

What is the warranty?

If your ASAT stops working because of how we made it, within 12 months of delivery, we fix it or replace it. Drops, other damage and opened tools aren't covered. No forms or fine print: send us a photo or video on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
