Terms of use

This site is run by AF-Automotive, Fani Mugrabi 72, Beer Sheva 8493714, Israel. By using it or buying from it you agree to these terms.

The product

ASAT pro is a measuring instrument for trained technicians. It shows an angle; the technician enters that angle in the vehicle's diagnostic software. Follow the vehicle maker's repair procedure. The person doing the work is responsible for the work on the vehicle.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars. An order is confirmed when payment is received. Import duties and taxes in the buyer's country, if any, are paid by the buyer.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Trademarks

Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Maybach, AIRMATIC, ABC and other model and system names belong to Mercedes-Benz Group AG. AF-Automotive is not affiliated with Mercedes-Benz. Other tools named on this site belong to their makers and are compared using their makers' published information.

Law

Israeli law applies. Courts in Beer Sheva have jurisdiction.

Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Beer Sheva, Israel, with tracking. Shipping cost and time are shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Buyers in Israel see the full price including 18% VAT before they pay. Outside Israel, any import tax or duty is paid by the buyer.

Changed your mind

You can cancel and return the tool within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original box. We refund within 14 days of getting it back. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply, as Israeli consumer law allows. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the tool arrived faulty.

Arrived damaged or faulty

Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at our cost.

Warranty

Our promise: if your ASAT stops working because of how we made it, within 12 months of delivery, we fix it or replace it.

Not covered: drops and impact, other damage, and a tool that has been opened.

How to claim: no forms or fine print. Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.

Shipping for warranty repairs: you send the tool to us, and we pay to send it back. If it arrives faulty or fails within the first 30 days, we pay shipping both ways. In Israel, we pay shipping both ways for the whole warranty. Repairs that the warranty doesn't cover, like drop damage, are paid by you, including shipping both ways. lawyer to confirm

This promise is in addition to your rights under the consumer law of your country.

Privacy

When you order, we receive your name, delivery address, email and phone number from you and from the payment service (PayPal or morning). We use them only to deliver your order, give support and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell or share them for advertising.

This site does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used (for example, which tool is added to the cart). Google receives your browser type, rough location (country and city) and the pages you view; it does not store your IP address, and it does not receive your name, email or payment details. Visitors in Israel, the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner first, and analytics start only if they press Accept; if they press Decline, no analytics cookies are set. Anyone can turn analytics off any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the main page.

The cart is kept only in your own browser until you order.

Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people with disabilities. The site was built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which follows the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

What we did

• All pages work with a keyboard. A "Skip to main content" link is the first stop, and the item in focus is clearly outlined.
• Images have text descriptions. The turning 3D views can also be turned with the left and right arrow keys.
• Text and background colours meet the contrast levels of the standard.
• Headings, lists and tables are marked up so screen readers can move through them.
• Animation stops when your device is set to reduce motion.
• An accessibility menu (the button with the wheelchair icon, bottom left of the main page) gives bigger text, high contrast, underlined links, a readable font and a switch to stop animations. Your choices are remembered on your device.
• Pages fit phones and tablets, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.

Known limits

The 3D views are visual. The same information is in the text and tables next to them. Payment pages are run by PayPal and morning, and their accessibility is their responsibility.
